Wednesday-19 mile early AM bike, WTAC Fun Run..5 miles. I ran the fun run with Garwin at tempo pace. It was the most "fun" run of the year.
Thursday-6 mile lunch run at 6:30 pace
Friday-1700yd ocean swim with Boumenot, Schonning, & Duda.
Saturday-Block Island Tri, 1:17:51, 8/406, Nasty conditions
1/4 mile swim (but it seems like much longer), 12 mile bike, 4 mile beach run
