2025 Highlights
- Running in three different countries (US, UK, and Ireland)
- Completed by second Boston Marathon with Shara and friends!
- Ran with my kids and dogs!
- Completed a swim event and sprint triathlon
- Ran in every single WTAC Tom McCoy Fun Run...this is no easy feat.
- Kept moving and had some great adventures.
- Shara ran awesome and hit a bunch of PRs!
2025 Areas of Improvement
- Slowing times..is this a result of age? A busy schedule? Lack of workouts? Mindset? All of the above?
- Frequent tiredness and fatigue. Getting out the door is a win though.
- Motivation and desire to race
2026 Goals
- Do lots of fun activities with my family and dogs
- Get motivated and stay healthy to properly train for the Chicago Marathon
- Keep up with some long runs
- Do a sprint triathlon (even if untrained)
- Weight train 1x a week-let's see if this one even gets off the ground.
- Do some swimming.
- Run with friends from time to time.
