2025 to 2026

 2025 Highlights

  • Running in three different countries (US, UK, and Ireland)
  • Completed by second Boston Marathon with Shara and friends! 
  • Ran with my kids and dogs!
  • Completed a swim event and sprint triathlon
  • Ran in every single WTAC Tom McCoy Fun Run...this is no easy feat.
  • Kept moving and had some great adventures.
  • Shara ran awesome and hit a bunch of PRs!
2025 Areas of Improvement
  • Slowing times..is this a result of age? A busy schedule?  Lack of workouts? Mindset?  All of the above?
  • Frequent tiredness and fatigue.  Getting out the door is a win though.
  • Motivation and desire to race

2026 Goals
  • Do lots of fun activities with my family and dogs
  • Get motivated and stay healthy to properly train for the Chicago Marathon
  • Keep up with some long runs
  • Do a sprint triathlon (even if untrained)
  • Weight train 1x a week-let's see if this one even gets off the ground.
  • Do some swimming.
  • Run with friends from time to time.
